Who we are

TAC Rockford was selected by Dimension to provide sales and service support for 3D printers in Illinois. Our engineering-oriented staff includes Dimension-trained service personnel.

Founded in 1991, our company helps put high-tech manufacturing technology to work. We provide the manufacturing sector with products and services designed to increase productivity and competitiveness. We are a global company with partners and customers in Europe and Asia. Our customers are in the automotive, aerospace, machine tool, and other diverse manufacturing sectors. That said, some customers do everything from making guitars to maintaining wind farms to supplying urgent parts for municipal water treatment plants and everything in between — we never know who we’ll get to talk to when we pick up the phone! Companies range from one-person shops to major corporations such as General Motors, Boeing, and Caterpillar. We have a growing international customer base as well, with customers in many European and Asian countries.

In October 2005, our company renovated a 1930’s era building in Rockford’s downtown River District. We chose this location because it is a great place to work and to make a commitment to the success of the downtown community.

Rockford is a vibrant community with big-city amenities and a small-town feel. The City of Rockford is surrounded by many attractive towns and villages, each with its own character and appeal.
